Maybe some of you out there can relate to this. I got on Facebook this week and saw that I received a wall posting from none other than Johnny Depp. “Woah!” I thought. “When did I become Facebook friends with Johnny Depp?” I looked through my home page and saw the faces of Katie Holmes, Reese Witherspoon, Tom Hanks, etc. I thought, “Did I hack into a celebrity’s Facebook by mistake? These aren’t my friends!” Suddenly I realized these were indeed my own Facebook friends disguised as celebrities.
I wondered why many of my friends were flattering themselves by suggesting they are as attractive as these celebrities. Such a coincidence that all of them are doing this! With a closer look, I realized what’s going on. It’s Doppelgänger week.

Google’s Chrome browser has now surpassed Apple’s Safari Browser for the third spot in the browser war. According to the latest market share stats, Google’s Chrome Browser now makes up 4.63% of the browser market. This is pretty impressive for a fairly new browser that does not even have stable versions released for Mac OSX or Linux operating systems. Does Chrome have further to rise, or is it destined to stay tight in its number 3 spot? (more…)
According to All Things Digital, Apple is set to buy Quattro Wireless, another mobile ad platform similar to AdMob. This deal seems very logical since Apple tried to acquire AdMob but Google paid more, at $750 million. Instead Apple went to the second largest mobile ad network, Quattro, with a $275 million proposal.

Until a few weeks ago, I used Google Reader to follow different RSS feeds for news and blogs. Now, I use Twitter full-time to read the news and get engaged. I don’t think that I’ll go back to use any RSS Reader until a major change happens. Why?
